We are looking at switching over to Linux: any suggestions where I might look for Powerpoint / Presentations - type programme which we need it to operate?

Many thanks

Star office does "presentaions" that for all intensive purposes appear to be very similar in nature to power point.
I just installed it so i can have a look, so with my 2 minutes of experiance with this application, i can say that it will probably suit your needs... not that i know what they are!
