Antec Performance Plus 1080 AMG Case review at Tweaknews.net
Tweaknews (http://www.warp2search.net/user.php?op=userinfo&uname=tweaknews) has posted a review of one of my favourite cases, the Antec Performance Plus 1080 AMG. Here's a clip from the review:
It looks sleek. Has just the right colour. Is roomy. Keeps cool. Is silent. I will show that the case can do all of that and much more. How's that for an introduction? Sounds like a sales pitch but kinda is. When I first spoke to Antec about doing a review on this case I pointed out that a lot of people said I coudn't keep my SCSI drives cool and that no case was able fit all of my junk. I disagreed and so did Antec Inc.

Heh heh...a bit out off date. The Two Towers Trailer can be downloaded with Apple Quicktime from http://www.apple.com/trailers/newline/the_two_towers/
and it looks fantastic, especially in the fullscreen mode.

01-10-2002, 11:35 PM
i think this may be a newer/different one (i can't check with my shitty net connectin) as the apple one was in the news a while ago.

btw did you see the one on tv tonight,,,complete with out of sync sound...lol

01-10-2002, 11:54 PM
Why the heck would Ahead do such a thing.

So I've got to download ~14MB extra and it will just be for the mp3PRO encoder trial :(

There better be some other benefit to this update. Because including that demo is pathetic.

The Apple download is the new trailer. AOL users apparantly got a 24 hour headstart and the rest of us could only view it with Real Player and streaming video, that was yesterday. Now we can download it at the link above.
I didn't see the trailer on the news, I was here in front of my PC.
