I have a 3 button Qtronix mouse (Lynx 95P). It's not one with a scroll wheel and I cannot find a driver anywhere. Will any 3 button mouse driver do? Where can I get one? Anyone help?

You should be able to install a standard 3 button mouse just by using Windows add new Hardware.

you may be able to find drivers for the mouse at Driverguide.com (www.driverguide.com)
the user name is drivers and the password is all

Cheers

Thanks, but how do I recognise a 3 button driver? Windows does not recognise my mouse as having 3 buttons.

Why not hold the Mouse up to the screen so that the computer can see it?
Bound to be in trouble again Poppa John ]:)

Sorry bpt1, couldn't resist it. PJ :8}

Try these drivers found at Driverguide (http://www.driverguide.com/uploads/uploads3/8094.html)

Hopefully these will work

Why has the mouse got 3 buttons? I just thought I could assign the third button to some shortcut.

I'm afraid my screen has no more sense than the software in the box.
