Does anybody know if there is a patch to make NT4 support USB ports?

Have not used this product but could be a start

another option is ditch nt4.0 and go with xp

Hi there - I use NT4 a lot & as yet haven't found any USB support. I tell all my clients who use NT NOT to get devices that use USB for connectivity. This doesn't mean that there's not some support out there - but as a rule, NT doesn't seem to do USB. If you don't NEED to use NT, I'd also suggest going to either win2000 or XP. Check what USB drivers are available for you before deciding. Alternatively get hardware that uses serial\parallel connections (and make sure you can get drivers specifically for NT).

cheers

It's ironic that the NT in NT stands for "new technology". MS have obviously realised it wasn't the best naming convention to adopt ...

I always thought it meant "No Thanks".
