I use Outlook 98 with Windows 98. My e-mail system worked fine until I added the Workgroup addition so that I could use message tracking.
I have 3 e-mail accounts and wish to be able to select which one I use when sending an e-mail. This was possible using File/Send using before I installed the Workgroup addition. Also I was able to change the default outward mail account. Now I can do neither.
If this is done through setting up various user profiles I can find no information of any help in the Help files. The 3 e-mail accounts are all listed under the Services box obtained from Tools Services menus. The account I had originally as the default remains the default but I cannot find anywhere to change this if needs be.
I would appreciate any help you can give me.
