I work in a high school, and as you may be able to imagine, some of the internet searches that go on, you wouldn't want your mum to read. Problem is, that the search terms used show up in the search engines autocomplete function. Say for example you type the word 'natural' as soon as you type 'na' up comes 'naked ladies go-go dancing'. The temptation is too much for the other students. Please help.

Disable auto-complete in IE. In the internet options.

very easy to fix go to 'control panel' click on 'internet options' then on 'content' then on 'auto complete' and un-check all the boxes then click ok. and your done :-)

Jeez, give me a break..... I am surprised that the school you work at, hasn't got some sort of firewall or adult content filter installed, so students (or for that matter staff members) have absolutely no access to these kind of sites.

No wonder the country is stuffed,,,, school should be for learning, not titivation
