Is there a way to email everyone in your address book!!There must be as viruses can do it but I would prefer to do it manually?

Don't know if there is a quicker way but what I do is start a new message, click the To: button (left of where you would normally type in the addresses & doesn't look like a button until the mouse pointer is over it!) then click the 1st name on your list and scroll down to the bottom. Hold down a Shift key and click the last name and this should select all the names, then click the appropriate button down the middle ti insert them into that line. Click OK and they should all be listed!

Create a new message as normal, click the TO tab, use your ctl key to select names or if everyone in your address book, click the top one, hold down your shift key and click the bottom one.
You can now click either CC so everyone gets a carbon copy which also reveals all the names the message was sent to and if forwarded, just gets bigger and the addresses could be harvested later for spamming by someone, or you could drop all the names into the BCC for Blind Carbon Copy so everyone still gets the same message minus all the address headers.
If you are sending out a newsletter for example and those people might be separate from your personal email addresses, create a New Group with those names and then as above to send.
