Hi all

I was just wondering is there a way to create a win98 startup disk in dos. Lets just say I hav access to the cd rom in dos, just plain dos, no other operating system but just wish to create startup disk. I just want to know for educational purpose.

When formatting the floppy use the 'S' switch. If you want to know more about the format command use 'Format /?'. the '?' switch will bring up help for most commands.

I Think you didnt understand my question.

What I wanted to know is that is there any way i can and how to create a win98 startup/bootup disk under a dos operating system, when I can get a full access of my cdrom while under dos. (By the way I do own a win98 cd). I didnt wanted to format my floopy or disk.
