I am looking for a driver for a H56RSP-AO (ISA PNP) modem looked in driversguide.com But no luck. Are there any other sites that offer good free service?

Are you totally sure that is the correct model number? I did a quick search in google which often points me in the right direction for drivers if driverguide.com can't help. The following site: http://www.modem-help.freeserve.co.uk/mfc/lectron.html
contains drivers for model numbers almost identical to yours apart from the -AO. When the -AO is added to the search, no results are found. Finding drivers can be a real headache sometimes, especially if you get the model number wrong! :-) So it might be a good idea to double check that.

Hi Scotty, try this site http://www.lectron.com.tw/DOWNLOAD/ISA%20MODEM.htm

& scroll down to H56RSP-F0,S0,T0
& try this file H56RSP
