I have tried the rundll32 shell32 command but an error occurs: Missing Entry: SHExitWindowsEx Missing. What can I ue to logout after an automated task?

Thanks,

Perhaps this is what you are doing already, but this is the way I use it:

RUNDLL32.EXE shell32.dll,SHExitWindowsEx x

where x can be:

0 -log off, 1 -shutdown, 2 - reboot

That is the exact command I am using. Excpt x = 4 (force)

May work on Win 9x but not on 2000.
