'...The first virus that infects files in the popular Macromedia Flash format has been discovered, raising concerns that malicious code writers will gain a new method for infecting Internet users.'

' Anti-virus software vendor Sophos said it received a copy of the virus, which it has named SWF/LFM-926, in a Flash 'movie' file attached to an e-mail from an anonymous sender.'

'Previously considered impervious to viruses, Macromedia Flash is one of the most distributed pieces of software in the history of the Web, according to its developer, Macromedia. More than 97 percent of online users can view Flash content, according to the software firm.'

' A Macromedia spokesperson said the company will issue a patch later this week at its Web site and will include the fix in future versions of Flash...'

Howdy tweak'e.
Mike, 2 posts down, looks like he might need your help. He reckons he hasnt got any sensors on his motherboard. Sounds a bit strange to me. U seem to know all about these things. I'm sure he would appreciate your input.
