Hello stuffed
I too have Pinnacle Studio 19 but have had no trouble (so far) with an i7 and Win-10.
Have you tried the Pinnacle forums?

Peter.

Hi Peter and thanks but the only reply from the S19 forum so far has been "No valuable infos in your "crash report". Sorry."

Sorry stuffed, all I can suggest is a re-install of PS-19.

I have a book on Pinnacle Studio 17 by Jeff Naylor.
He suggests going to the Pin Stud support website to read the latest FAQ on re-installing Studio.

"After reinstalling, you will find your Library and settings intact, because they aren't stored as part of the program, but in the User area of your operating system - one Library and setting file for each user."

Hope this helps.
