We've been on fiber for about 3-4 months now and on the 100-20 plan, with Spark.
Our problem is, while the speeds seem high, see below, connection of website is slow.

Even with the likes of NZ Herald, Stuff, Trademe, etc can take 15-25 seconds to bring up web page.
Once page is open is very quick.
Interesting thing with speed tests, I'm based in Tauranga, but often ping and speeds is quicker with Auckland than local.
I've tried, for months talking with Spark, to no avail and we come to conclusion that when contract expires we'll look at someone else.
Is what we have, the norm, or is there still an issue I can try and get sorted, but need help as to what to say, to them?
Any advise appreciated.
:thanks
Ian
