View Full Version : Sending a document as e-mail from W10

When I try to e-mail a document from MS Word 2010 in Windows 10 I get a message telling me I have an unspecified MAPI error. It seems that Word cannot find Outlook/Mail as the client and asks for the default to be set. How do I do this?

Save it and send it with Outlook if its installed

Doesn't seem to work Speedy. Apparently my Home and Student version of Word (Office) doesn't include Outlook 2010, so I think I will have to get Office 365, which will at least stay up to date.
