Hi, I am running Windows 8.1 and whenever I try to right click on an executable in File Explorer, File Explorer will hang and eventually crash completely.
Also, and probably related, I cannot open a command prompt window (Both running normally and as administrator).
What steps should I try to diagnose the issue?

Have a read of the following and do a clean boot right-click-in-windows-8-desktop-does-not-work (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_8-performance/right-click-in-windows-8-desktop-does-not-work/6c008b66-e32e-443c-b525-2dea7336ba9f) as well as http://www.eightforums.com/performance-maintenance/19373-right-click-menu-lag-my-pc.html#post187343

Thanks, the second link worked a treat - the issue was with "cmdlinecontextmenu class"
