You cant uninstall it, it's a site. You deactivate your account under settings/security. Once you deactivate, dont log in for 2 weeks. Otherwise, you'll reactivate it. Delete the bookmark after if you've got one

What do you mean by "uninstall"?

Are you trying to close your Facebook account down?

Top move PJ, I never have, never will.

Facebook can be a pain.

It's mainly only a pain if you don't limit your notifications, otherwise it's fine. I find it handy keeping up with family members and friends that live overseas.

I never used FB. But my affiliate program contact reckons I could make more bookings/earnings for my Hotel site if I become FB active. But don't want to spend hours on FB. One day maybe. So maybe for those for online business FB may suit, i.e. branding, awareness, engagement, reputation management, etc.
