The 1st picture looks like it's the Nvidia driver issue. What about the 2nd item, what is anodlwfx.sys ?

Looks like anodlwfx.sys belongs to some kind of network driver / wireless dongle. What wireless device is installed? Maybe something belonging to Alpha networks?

Yup the 1st is Nvidia drivers. What AV / internet security program is installed?? Its not Mcafee is it?? 0x000000D1 is a known stop error for Mcafee and it usually crashes network related files
