No looks like the reset wires are on the power pins. So it wont turn on for a start. The reset SW should be on the reset/ground on that Asus Q-connector

You'll know if the power/hdd leds are right, they'll light up when the power is on / the hdd is accessed. If they dont light up, switch them around (on the same pins). Wouldnt worry about the LAN leds / connection. It'll have its own LED at the back of the case

Is the orange/green wire the only one left?? Just leave it off. If it says LAN on the other end. Is there a reset wire / button?

No never had a reset. I dimly recall that when I purchased it, it was set up as a Home Theater - and it came with a remote control, which I never used. I wonder if the green/orange are something to do with that? In which case I will just tie it back out of the way.

Oh... no its not reset, that IS power -its just the pins that WT sent me have random labels Yep didn't have any Connectors named Power, so suggested use one named reset, and scrape off the writing that way the blank is Power. Reset if it had one can use a rest connector -- There were a few spares sent :).

Sorry guys not much news for you until next Monday.
I decided to drop the DVD drive down a bay and raise the old hard drive up to a higher bay as the stretch for the SATA power supply harness was too great and made my wiring look like a brothel on free day...
That involved removing the RAM and CPU cooling fan. By the time I had put it all back together it was time to head off to work.
I'm working graveyard shift last night and tonight so I won't be touching the 'project' (hmmm it really should have a name) until I have caught up my sleep.
Software and a tired, sleep deprived brain don't mix too well.
