I have an SSD as my 'C' drive, which contains nothing much more than my operating system, W8.1, and associated programs. This drive is where Ccleaner resides. All my data is on 'D' drive. When I run Ccleaner it seems it cleans only the 'C' drive, and I can find no way to include other drives in the scan. Any suggestions?

Because it looks for cookies, temp files, browser history, memory dumps and such.
All of which are part of the O/S.

It's not an anti-malware app.

Cookies etc will be in %userprofile%\AppData which is not likely to have been moved by you. It should still function just fine.
