Laptops do not have graphics cards, they have graphics chips - part of the motherboard.

well, to be fair many high end gaming laptops do allow you to upgrade the gpu.

Dare I ask why you need to upgrade it? Last time I was over it was going fine.

It is possible. But I don't think MXM slots are standardized.

Take a pick.

Possible, yes.
Likely, I don't think so.

Like I said MXM slots vary, there is no standardisation.
I honestly doubt it will work.
I would try to find someone in NZ who is willing to sell/install it. So you can return it if it isn't compatible.
At nearly $800 it's not worth the risk.

Alot of stuff online of people trying but none seem to end in success.

For the most part the only feasible laptop upgrades are RAM & HDD. If you want upgradeable go for a desktop.
There's a reason very few serious gamers use laptops.

Getting to the graphics card generally requires finding a guide online showing you how to strip down the laptop, just watching that is enough to discourage a lot of people.
