Many years ago, I had a group set up of frequently contacted colleagues in MS Outlook Express.
I now wish to do the same thing in MS Outlook.
Simply - I wish to have a sub-group of contacts separate from my main address book so I can e-mail en block rather than having to select individual members.
Any suggestions very much appreciated.
Cheers and thanks

What Version of Outlook ??

You can do that in all versions, Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010, & 2013, BUT depending on what versions theres slightly different ways it can be done.

hard to describe it , but its do-able . You may need to google some of this to see what it looks like , & what you need to click.
- in the LHS : folder list option(at the bottom)
- LHS - in the list : right click contacts : add a new folder
this will make a subfolder under contacts

Yes Woody it isn't difficult but the problem is, you create a one size group which receives all your mail sent to that group. You can't pick and choose within the group. I'm struggling with this too. Office 2003.

Thanks to Wainui and 1101 for your suggestions and help'
I have it sussed by going to address book /file/new entry/distribution list. Then select entries for inclusion from address book
