Building a new socket 1150 computer for a mate, which MB would you choose?

ASUS Z87-PRO (http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=MBDASU1843&name=ASUS-Z87-PRO-LGA-1150-Intel-Z87-HDMI-SATA-6Gbs-USB) or
ASUS Sabertooth Z8 (http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=MBDASU1846&name=ASUS-SABERTOOTH-Z87-LGA-1150-Intel-Z87-HDMI-SATA-6)7 or

ASROCK Z87 Extreme6 Socket 1150 (http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?z=p&p=MBDASR1823&name=ASRock-Z87-EXTREME6-Socket-1150-Intel-Z87-Chipset-)

Price is not an issue. Will be using Intel i7-4770 3.4GHz processor.

Your views and recommendations appreciated.

Are you going to be using a Separate graphic Card ?

The Sabertooth looks like the only outputs are HDMI and would require a Graphic Card.

I do like the look of that sabertooth, but in practical terms I think I'd buy the cheapest. There are no performance or reliability issues with either brand that I'm aware of and Asrock tend to have more features for less money. For example 10 SATA ports vs 8 (of course I seldom use more than 3 myself SSD, Data drive, optical).

Otherwise base it on features like number of USB ports, SATA ports, total mem capacity etc. I have made the choice to go with cheaper boards for my last 2 builds and have not regretted it, one is a B75 chipset Asrock and the other is an H67 Asus. As I'm not using multiple graphics cards or planning to overclock I saw no reason to spend the extra. I put it towards the graphics card instead. Having said that next time I may go all out.

Nice specs BTW.

Im just not impressed with ASUS lately, was forced to buy one as ASRock wasnt in stock. The BIOS isnt has smooth as ASRock or well laid out. The AI suite is pants and they over complicate fan profile curves.
ASRock Extreme6 has a great rep and the Z87 chipset has fantastic features no other board has....

Thanks for sharing, SolMiester. Will most likely go with Asrock Extreme6.
