I have a GeForce2 MX 400 64mb card running on ME and I cannot get a full screen picture on my t.v. set!
Someone told me that it's not possible to get a full screen picture on the t.v., if this is true whats the point in paying extra for a card with t.v. out??

Thats right,

You will not get your picture to fill the screen on your TV.

a) Buy a TV so large it doesn't really matter.

b) Do a hunt on google for a programme called TV Tool, not freeware but it will make your picture fill your TV screen.

I have a Viper 330 with TV out(RCA & S-VHS) it works well as the primary video adapter and it loads up full screen on my Sony 29in tv, it looks really good actually. I didn't have to play with any setting to get this(just the correct+latest driver).
I can also use my monitor with the onboard video(as extended desktop only, so far) as secondary video card.

So basically yes you can.

But a Viper is not a GeForce 2.

GeForces require tweaking for the TV out.

I don't have any problem with my GeForce 2. check your settings.

thanks for the comments everybody. But i am still no closer to fixing my problem. Can those of you who manage to get a full screen picture with the GeForce 2 tell me how and perhaps what settings you chose?
