View Full Version : Second Gmail account?

I am slowly moving to Gmail from my ISP email. Given the restrictions in SMTP server usage and maybe even POP servers when you are not logged into them and when I change ISPs.

Is it possible to have two email accounts within the same Google account? I rather not have two sets of Google+ and other products and having to logout and then login with another account to check my other email.

According to this you can switch between the 2, but Multiple sign-in does not merge account data, and it does not give one account access to another. (https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1721977?hl=en)

Thanks, hopefully I can get email access on both.

Yeah you most definitely can. I've got a couple of domains for business, as well as a personal domain I use, and I sign in to them all concurrently but independently too :)

you can send and receive emails from the same gmail account for multiple accounts or you can use multiple sign in

Do you guys use the Android Gmail app or just from a web browser? I see that with the web browser one can access G Drive as well, does the Gmail app need to install the G Drive app?

Grab both from the Play Store. A native app seems to pretty much always provide a better overall experience.
