For my next interesting adventure - how do I take IE 10 off my 'puter?

I have been having increasing problems using it - snarl ups, and tonight complete dysfunction. I have installed FF in desperation just to get some access to the web (some would say I have come to the right thinking at last...).

TIA :)

What version of windows is it?? 7 or 8? If 7 you do it through windowsupdate / view update history then click on installed updates. If windows 8, through programs and features / turn windows features on or off. Untick IE 10 <- Win7 maybe the same as 8

If you do remove it also remove kb2670838 as it causes issues as well and would have been installed with ie10.

Ok - that's much better! Everything is running smoothly now, and of course I now realise I have had problems for a while - just was ignoring them.

So how do I stop IE10 reinstalling (and kb2670838 with it)?
