Hi all

Looking for a low profile PCI or PCI-e x1 graphics card.

I have a small form factor Lenovo PC which the on-board graphics is playing up on.

Rather than replace the whole PC hopefully somebody has an old low profile PCI or PCI-e x1 card floating around that is not needed anymore - only requirement that is it supported by Vista.

Happy to pay including shipping to New Plymouth.

I would rather not replace the whole machine......

Please drop me a PM if you can help.

Thanks.

If the on-board graphics is failing, the whole motherboard might be on its way out anyway.

Maybe but I'm happy to try this first and see how much life I can squeeze out of the old bird.

Thanks but that's PCI-e x2 and won't fit in the slot I have available - see here (http://www.palmtechnology.co.uk/store/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/c/p/cp0478.jpg) for the slot I need to populate (the black one).....

Cheers.

Wonder if you could try a USB graphics adapter
