Yes, there must be two plugs for left and right audio as well.

The PS2 will probably have composite cables - Red, White & Yellow. Ignore the RGB connectors on your TV - they are for a 5 cable component video connection.

If the tv has only has component ports I am buggered?

say 'BUGGER!' then google 'RGB to composite video converter'

The yellow to yellow, left audio to left audio(usually white, sometimes black), right audio to right audio(red audio).
Done.
Unless the sound in, is a different plug...

A lot of TVs have a combo port that can be used for either type of connection - that is why you have the spare yellow port under the RGB ports. Plug the red/white audio into the component red/white audio plugs usually found beside the RGB ports.

The alternative is buy a PS2 component cable off trademe - they should be fairly cheap.

Probably better off (cheaper) just getting an RGB \ Component video cable for PS2 like Greven said
