Nothing like a bit of Richard Wagner for dramatic effect. Very impressive aircraft.

Glad you all enjoyed it. If you look at other videos posted by that guy, you will find more from the same A380 trip, including a four parter on the take off and flight across to California.

I had the opportunity to get two long distance flights with an A380 and it is mind blowing. It does feel like you are out in space, even more so when you look through the tail camera. A wonderful man-maid toy . Just thirsty.

katai from Singapore?
No, Lufthansa from Honkong to FRA and FRA to Singapore. Beautiful flights.

Nearly as impressive as Nexus 7.

So what does a Nexus 7 have too do with a A380 ?
:)

We are simply saying, one is nearly as impressive as the other.

A tricky one I know.

Same amount of processing power?

Or possibly more?

Here's some brilliant investigative journalism - ABC's Four Corners - and excellent reconstruction, covering the loss of #2 engine on a Qantas A380 out of Singapore. Amongst other things, the on board diagnostics failed to deliver when they were needed most, but were able to eventually calculate the landing configuration correctly where almost every criterion was out of the envelope.

Qantas A380 Engine Loss (http://www.abc.net.au/4corners/special_eds/20110328/qantas/) 45 minutes.

By Sarah Ferguson, but don't let that put you off, it's a different Sarah, this version with something between her ears

Hope you enjoy it. This is TV as it should be, all the time.

Thanks. I wanted to show this video to my neighbour as he has never been in a large plane(if any). He was so keen so I showed him some other clips. I will get him one day to watch this.

If that is the case, it might be an idea to download it and save it on your PC, given the recent events with it being removed and replaced elsewhere!
