Hi Guys
I am a self taught html website coder.
I have a new website that I am setting up that I want to offer free downloads of up to 3 pdf files.

How would I suggest I do this ?

Thanks

just like any link should work

<p>
<a href="file1.pdf" target="_blank">My Download 1</a> This is the download 1 link
</p>
<p>
<a href="file2.pdf" target="_blank">My Download 2</a> This is the download 2 link
</p><p>
<a href="file3.pdf" target="_blank">My Download 3</a> This is the download 3 link
</p>

If the pdf files are not in the same folder the html page is, you will need the complete path to the files :
file1.pdf = mysite/myfolder/myothersubfolder/file1.pdf

What I use to do as noted by bevy121. Host pdf's in a folder on your domain, after uploading, e.g. with a ftp program or one online. Or host elsewhere and link to it. I use to use free server storage from a previous ISP. I also use Google Docs/Drive to link to files for downloads.
