My Outlook 2010 is not displaying foreign character(Chinese Simplified) correctly in Windows 8 environment. I've no problems in Windows 7, though.

This email is from Microsoft as I downloaded a copy of the upgrade Windows 8 for a mate using my email address.

How do I get it to display foreign character correctly in Windows 8?

Cheers

No idea if the following will work. Cant replicate it to test.

This article Here (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-desktop/how-can-i-get-chinesejapanese-characters-to/fdb1f1da-b868-40d1-a4a4-7acadff4aafa) or Here (http://www.pinyinjoe.com/faq/change-language-for-non-unicode-programs.htm) may solve the problem.

Use them at your risk, as I cant test it to see if these work.

I'm of Chinese origin but was not brought up in China.

I speak more Chinese in NZ than when I was in Singapore. LOL
