Can I adapt the 'Fix Duplicate Code' to 'just' highlight the duplicates.
PS- the code worked great.

I have interpreted 'hilight' to mean change the cell colour - in this instance to yellow.

In the macro replace the line-
Cells(RowNdx, ColNum).Value = 'ZZZZ'
Cells(RowNdx, ColNum).Interior.ColorIndex = 6

That's all that is needed, as no rows will be deleted as there will be no cells containing ZZZZ.

My Leadership today explained a little better what they were reaching for on this.
Briefly the spreadsheet lists colums 'A - N'
Columns G,H,K.L are the ones being looked at for duplicates.
'If they are dup's then it means we are paying out too much'. Columns are:
G= Division number-ie 27
H= Item code- 6 digits
K= Date- example 4/4/02
L= Profile type-ie AAA1
I have to pull up the highlighted rows and verify if they are indeed duplicate billing or if someone put the same bill in twice in error.
Anyway that's the long and the short of it.
Can this be done?
