Thinking of buying
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B
Or 1x Corsair Vengeance 8GB DDR3-1600 Memory

Is there any speed differences? 1x 8GB will open up more options in the future.

Also is a NRP-PC602 600w PSU enough to run a GTX 560ti? It was purchased overseas.

No there shouldn't be any speed difference, both ram modules will run at the same clockspeed. Google your graphic card, it should say what the power requirement is.

2x4gb will be slightly faster. As they 2 sticks can run in dual channel mode. The disadvantage is that you are limiting the updatability of your computer in the future by filling the/an extra ram slot.

Depends what the mobo supports. If it supports up to 32 GB / and its got 4 slots. You could get 1x 8 GB then get the rest later. But if it supports up to 16 GB, then it probably wont support 1x 8 GB stick in one slot. You would have to get either 2 GB sticks or 1 x4 GB in each slot. If you want to use 16 GB. And, you would have to install 64 bit

Some will argue better performance going paired 4GB, due to running dual-channel, but personally, aside from a very few very memory-intensive operations, there's no practical difference.

Dual-channel is still faster. Why not?

Dual channel ftw... But for upgradability ur probably best with a single 8gb.
