Can someone please explain...I have just had my computer tweaked by a technician who came to transfer my satellite from Ruralinzone to Farmside. Since he left my computer now keeps popping up with a security warning stating the current webpage is trying to open a site in my trusted sites list. Do I wish to allow this? The current site is always http//ad-pac.doubleclick.net and the trusted site is res:/leframe.dll. Why is this happening and should I just x out the box or press yes or no? Don't know if it has anything to do with the technician, Farmside or what and whom to contact regarding this. Hope someone can help?

leframe.dll? That's not a site - it's a file - to do with Internet Explorer but not a site.

As for doubleclick, why would you want it....

Personally I'd be using Firefox with Adblock running.

Click no.

Run Ccleaner and clear out the cookies an other temp junk, wouldn't matter if you tried FF, you would still more than likely get it at some stage. Also wouldn't hurt to run some antimalware programs - Sometimes things like this and many other pop ups are caused through lack of "house keeping"

The other way is to block it Via the host file As suggested here (http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090403065118AACpL1v).

Why do people always say change browsers when someone has a problem with what ever browser they are using -- Thats not a fix, its a poor excuse for not fixing the actual problem in the first place.
