Hi, I looking for something 'like' the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and am seeking a reccommendation please (but not an IPad!!). The following is important:
- pref 10" screen but would consider the smaller 7".
- must be able to plug and play a self powered external harddrive
- must be able to plug and play a wireless keyboard and mouse for more detailed word processing.
- will allow view and editing of MS Office (Word) files
- TV out would be nice
- can take a sim card for internet access similar to Vodum stick system
- good graphics and ease of use
- all the rest of usual stuff these things have...

Basically I want a TAB I can also use as a mini laptop.... I like the Samsung Galaxy but it appears to lack the ability to access an ext HDD and use a wireless keyboard and mouse... Any suggestions welcome. Cheers

Acer Iconia? The Vodem stick would require drivers (Windows) wouldnt it?

Warehouse stationary are selling those Logitec wireless keyboards with built in touchpad at the moment for $60 would go well with a tablet

Asus EeePad TF101 w/dock, or Acer Iconia A500. Either will need an external USB 3G modem, though. Else the Asus Padfone or Motorola XOOM 32GB, which don't.

3 top ones I would recommend. Galaxy Tab 10.1, Acer Iconia, and the new Toshiba AT100
