Thanks speedy.

This is the computer I suspected is doing the big download as mentioned in my other post here (http://pressf1.pcworld.co.nz/showthread.php?t=115633&page=4)

I'm very concerned about my Xtra's usage (huge downloads)

Dont know what this one is

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BCU] "C:\Program Files (x86)\DeviceVM\Browser Configuration Utility\BCU.exe"

Is it for a phone or something?

This is (I think) Gigabyte MB's browser configuration utility program. Anyway, have uninstalled it.

Have just installed 'Networx' to monitor the usage. Just some very general surfing, it used up 100MB within about an hour.

Have phoned Telecom but they claimed that their usage monitor is accurate and the problem should be with my computer.

Any other thing that I should pay special attention to my computer?

Automatic update is turned OFF; but Windows media centre's auto update can't be turned off.
