It appears google now has a little cursor that is controlled by the arrow keys - this feels fairly unnatural to me on a laptop and I wish to use my arrow keys normal (as in scroll a few lines).

Does anyone know how to disable this "feature" without having to log out?

This is what I am talking about:

It only appears when one is logged in, unless there is a way to turn it off... Comes up in both Opera and Chrome for me...

I must admit I have seen that before, but don't remember where...
