View Full Version : Compaq Modem
A friend of mine recently gave me a Compaq (internal - PCI) modem that I would like to use in a spare pc. There does not seem to be a model number on it and the Compaq web site did not help in determining which Compaq modem I have. To me it looks like a LT Winmodem of sorts.
Can anyone help identify this modem and also the drivers I will need. Thank you.
Yes, compaqs do use Lucent chipset modems.

The Compaq I had a couple of years ago had a Supra Express modem made by Diamond.The Agent is Dove Electronics Ltd. Auckland,Ch.Ch.& Wellington. They may be able to help.
Armed with the chip number, you should be able to find the manufacturer. Let us have it if you can't find it.
