I have a Asus VH222t screen with internal speakers. I'm just not sure how to get them to work. The screen has a blue audio in jack at the back and came with a male to male 3.5mm cable.

Screen here: http://www.elive.co.nz/asus-vh222t-lcd-monitor-sy1751.php

Plug it into line out (green) on the soundcard?

Hi icow,

I have got an ASUS V192C monitor with internal speakers. As Speedy suggested, plug one end of the cable (male) into the audio-in jack and the other end into the line-out jack.

Cheers :)

What has been stated should do it. Also, don't forget to turn the volume up on the PC and the monitor itself (and check its not muted) I know it sounds silly but sometimes we forget little things like that!!
