View Full Version : Telecom Business Mail - can't connect

I have signed up 2 users for Business Mail on the Telecom Business Hub using their Exchange mail. Can set up both users using the Outlook autodiscover Exchange wizard fine using Outlook 2007 on a Vista PC. The problem is I can't get it to work on an XP PC running Outlook 2007 - it just won't authenticate the user. Can use OWA Ok and also downloads mail to an iphone. Has anyone had similar issues? Have talked to Telecom and they haven't been able to resolve.

Is SP2/3 on XP?

SP3 and MS updates for both office and XP up to date
