Have just discovered, by chance, that some emails I have sent since 14/11 appear to have disappeared into the ether. It is only happening when sending to an xtra account. It has been suggested that they may be winding up in the spam folder. I have been told by a client that they are not in their Outlook spam folder. I am trying to help this client out - from a distance. They are not computer literate. Is there anywhere else to look for the emails? Of course I have suggested they contact xtra. I am not a client of xtra and I use Thunderbird rather than Outlook. Is there anything I can do at my end to help solve the problem? I certainly can't see anything in my messages that would cause them to wind up in a spam folder. One was for a motel booking in Hawera. I can't understand why that would be regarded as spam.

Any help much appreciated.

Have them log into Xtra's webmail and check the Spam folder.
