So? They're a private business, they can pay their staff whatever they like. To get the best people, you need to pay them a decent salary otherwise they'll go offshore.

Milk suppliers like Dairy farmers have shares in Fonterra though so I wonder how they feel about it. I note that Fonterra want Farmers to buy more shares too.

I think it should be ' boss' ' to indicate ownership by the boss.

Well there is only one boss we are talking about and bosses would indicate at least plural would it not?

It's only one who has to suffer getting his salary raised and having to pay more tax.

Yes I did. And I wondered why they left out the other bosses :p thanks for clearing that up lol
