Really slow Internet!

I'm with telestraclear and have a 25GB plan that should be really fast but is this...http://www.speedtest.net/result/968707750.png (http://www.speedtest.net) How can you get anything worse then this?

Also after the earthquake(I live in Christchurch) my phone line has gone noisy and you can hear a very loud raining sound. And the internet goes when I receive or make calls not good for my gaming. I contacted telestraclear two days ago said they will come within 24hours now it's been 48.. I don't think i had a contract should I move to some other ISP? Or should I just wait to see if they come to fix it?(Calling now and waited for 45mins lol:angry)

It's water in the lines - probably other damage too, it won't make any difference who you go to, because everyone will be having issues with the lines...........
