How can I get winhlp32.exe onto vista without WGA.
It seem to be only available from MS

Whats wrong with Validating your OS (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?familyid=6EBCFAD9-D3F5-4365-8070-334CD175D4BB&displaylang=en), then downloading it - apart from the obvious - people using pirated Software ?

Ive already been down that road. There is a old copy of Office 03 installed that MS dosent like. I suppose I could uninstall it.

Does WGA see that I thought OGA was found old office copies that MS don't like

In English -- WGA generally only looks at the Windows COA, not Office, thats the OGA's thankless job.

OGA office genuine advantage

both from MS but do slightly different things
