Anybody know how to enlarge the text in the contacts list in Skype?

A friend who has very poor sight is looking for help to read his contact list. He has to call his wife to see who is on line and he is then ok t talk.

Help appreciated..Ron..

Change the font / font size. Tools > Options > IM&SMS > IM appearance and clicking on Change.

Thanks for the help, but there is a problem. Have tried it on my computer and it certainly enlarges the text in the body of the screen, but the contact list stays the same..Am I doing something wrong?..Ron..

what about decreasing the monitor resolution? that would enlarge everything.

Hello,

Even you can change it from the option in the Skype software, and increase its default font.

Thanks,

Adjust the DPI to 120+ it's in the Windows display settings:

XP (http://www.lawfirmsoftware.com/support/change_dpi_settings_xp.htm)
Vista/7 (http://www.lawfirmsoftware.com/support/change_dpi_settings_vista.htm)

Thanks for the help and suggestions. As far as I can see there is no way to enlarge the contact list fonts and leave the rest as normal. The bloke I am trying to help is in OZ (ex north shore). Anything complicated is out of his reach, as he can hardly see the screen, the magnifying one may be possible.
Thanks again, Ron..
