Seems all you have to do is plant your malware inside a dll (using any common dll name from Windows). Plant that dll into any folder. Change directory to that folder so that it becomes the first place searched in the path for any dll's that are called. Run any app that uses the dll of the name you've used, and voila, your malware is running.
