I downloaded a “FREE” game which is Ok, but it comes with a “Nag Message” wanting $57 to get rid of, :eek:which it isn’t worth.

Anyway, I figure it is probably a Registry entry that needs deleting or changing, but how does one find it?

All comments appreciated. :thanks

Its probably in the game itself. So, we probably cant help you bypass it. Only way to fix it is to buy it, or uninstall it

Free downloads are not free either for that matter. They do add to your data cap, for which you pay, don't they?

Very deceptive saying free download instead of saying free trial with nag screen. Over the years have found quite a few sites doing that.

Could be a file to delete.
There is one in Vista you can delete and it will activate your Windows for you.I have been told I'm not to tell anyone about it. Too late.

You sound like a great candidate for a Nigerian scam.

They are, sort of. Microsoft Help, I had the guy on the phone and what he was telling me to do wasn't working, He told me to delete a key and reboot, then he hung up. When I did it,it worked and was activated.
