YouTube has raised the time limits on vids from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. (http://news.google.com/news/url?sa=t&ct2=us%2F0_0_s_8_0_t&usg=AFQjCNEP7EuTiejxCsXMHAg8NhmCjbFJ7A&sig2=B8lRlbb5q7DBZ2pbWY1tSg&cid=17593782770484&ei=tOBSTKrIKZXu8wT81LGQAg&rt=SECTION&vm=STANDARD&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.theregister.co.uk%2F2010%2F07 %2F30%2Fyou_tube_15_minutes%2F)

Where are they storing all this data?

It's encrypted and stored on your PC Joe, when you are not looking!
So a heartfelt thanks from all of us Youtube users! ;)

They don't, its put in a pipe through the bio-sphere and into space. google then uses lasers to shoot the videos back into the pipe so you can watch them. they employ gamers to shoot the lasers because the rest of the world lacks the coordination, it gets harder at night because the Korean government makes is harder to aim your laser
