Is there any easy way to get my iTunes library onto a mp3 player (not apple)?

Depends on the MP3 player, and how you've got your music into iTunes (The format of your songs).

How do you usually copy music onto your mp3 player?

iTunes music is stored in My Documents --> My Music --> iTunes Music

99% of the music is .mp3 there's one album of songs thats .m4a which I know won't play and I don't care that much. It's just a normal mp3 thats drag 'n' drop. I was wondering if there was a program or something that would do this like syncing an iPod with iTunes.
