I notice lately when I open most web sites the filter is moving like snails pace taking 4 ver to open. I know it is restricting cookies but what setting should it be at? I do use CCleaner so get rid of them all the time.
Or can you add trusted web sites ? so what is the best method to speed up web sites opening? Cheers

What is the phishing filter you're using?

Depends on the browser you're using. If you're seeing ads, install an ad blocker. I dont think phishing filters have anything to do with sites going slow

Use Google Chrome, it's built in with no need for additional software / plugins, and it's super fast!
