Anyone used this: Alcohol 52% Free Edition

Does it work ok? I have Win7 Home Premium 64

Any comments welcome....

any 32bit program will work in 64bit.

havent had any problems with 32bit apps on my 64bit machine

This app does install a device driver if I recall correctly, so check for x64 version!

True but some programs like that may install 32 bit drivers (if they install any). Which wont work with 64 bit

True one person says it works with Win 7 x64 under comments. Install it you'll soon find out

Yes, the newest versions do work fine with Win7 both 32-bit and 64-bit. Same for Alcohol 120%.

Works fine (thanks Chill) - unfortunately the DVD I wanted to virtual was a bit clever and the virtual disc didn't work (for those who think that I am 'copying' software - I merely wanted to run it from a virtual DVD as it is much quicker - it's Heroes of M&M V)

Might leave Alcohol 52% on for other cds tho.............

Was very easy to use!

what about trying magicdisc?. i've used that and had no problems with it

Apparently if you apply the latest official patch it removes the requirement of having the CD to play? Surely that's easier?
